Another New Layout

k i'm back

While I was gone I made another another new layout. This is definetly not the third layout I've been on in the span of under a year.

The new layout contains both obvious upfront changes as well as behind the scenes changes, namely that I've started using 11ty for static site generation. Why? Really the only big reason is because I could never wrap my head around Go's templating language and Liquid was a lot easier.

Everything should still be intact aside from the hiatus announcement and a recent review that I made and have since grown less fond of. New to this layout is the addition of an "iuse" page, which lists software that I use. Why? Because finding software is becoming increasingly difficult. I encourage anyone reading this to put iuse pages on their own websites.

If you're wondering why it looks the way it does, well the answer is because I wanted to take a more minimalist approach without it looking like corporate minimalism. I found some fonts and then just kind of went from there. In hindsight it almost looks kind of like the Nier: Automata UI.

Apologies if you liked the old one, I wanted to take a different direction from that sort of style.

What am I going to be posting now? Probably just more of the same. Maybe slightly less frequently than every 5 seconds, but I'll see how the mood strikes me.

I hope uploading this doesn't fucking break anything because I'm gonna be pissed if it does.
